John Phillips – Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of The Board
John has over 30 years of life science experience in commercialization, strategy and portfolio management with Roche, Bayer, Bristol Myers Squibb and Johnson & Johnson. In addition, he has consulted to both pharmaceutical and medical technology companies with Cap Gemini, PwC, Deloitte and IQVIA. Former Managing Director, Deloitte Advisory, National Capital Efficiency Practice and former Senior Principal, IQVIA, Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Analytics. John received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo, MBA from The Whitman School at Syracuse University, and Executive Certificate from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania
Robert Develle, PA – Vice President, Market Development, Board Member
Robert has over 30 years of healthcare experience, starting as a senior paramedic in Los Angeles, where he helped pioneer 12-lead EKG use in the field. After graduating with honors from USC’s Physician Assistant program, he specialized in Cardiology and Emergency Medicine, contributing to the landmark PAVE trial on BiVentricular pacing for Atrial Fibrillation and Heart Failure. After a decade in clinical practice and research, he spent 15 years at St. Jude Medical/Abbott, driving clinical research, product development, and market expansion. He played a key role in launching wireless technologies, including the first wireless pacemaker with remote monitoring, and helped bring over 18 new technologies to market. Transitioning to startups, he has led clinical, regulatory, and market development efforts across wearables, physiologic monitoring, and pulmonary therapeutics.
Jeffrey Wawrzyniak, Esq. – General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer, Board Member
Jeff has over 33 years of legal experience with law firms as well as in-house with public, privately held, PE backed, pre-IPO and start-up ventures in a variety of manufacturing and technology businesses. He is an experienced C-Suite professional who also holds an MBA from Duke University and is adept at crafting business as well as legal solutions. He brings a strong skillset in governance and public company readiness having been involved with SPAC and IPO transactions. His business acumen led to an appointment as the CEO of a multi-billion-dollar tech company before joining the iMedrix Board and he now serves as the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of iMedrix Diagnostics.
Gerard Abate, MD – Chief Medical Officer
Clinical cardiologist, with over 30 years of practice and industry experience. He has had a distinguished career in pharma, diagnostics and device industries. He has played a key role in a number of device and drug launches. He held positions as Chief Clinical Officer for Atherotech Diagnostics and then Executive Director of Medical Affairs for Quest Diagnostics. He has consulted in the device and pharma industry since 2018. He has served as an advisor for iMedrix, Inc for 4 years and now serves as Chief Medical Officer for iMedrix Diagnostics
